Terms and Conditions:

  1. The promotional offer is provided by CityPhysioClinic, with locations in High Barnet (EN5 5UZ ) and Holloway (N7 6LA). The Offer is valid for as above specified sessions of physiotherapy treatment at the specified locations.
  2. Sessions must be booked and redeemed within three months (for 3 and 7 sessions) and within 5 months for 10 sessions, of the purchase date. Failure to book or attend sessions within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the sessions.
  3. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
  4. CityPhysioClinic reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.
  5. All sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. We recommend purchasing and booking via our online service to speed up process.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations or rescheduling of sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please see our cancellation policy for details.
  2. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the session.
  3. Cancellations made within the specified timeframe will be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability.

Non-Refund Policy:

  1. All purchases made under the Offer are non-refundable.
  2. Refunds will not be provided for unused sessions or cancellations made outside of the specified timeframe.
  3. In the event of exceptional circumstances, CityPhysioClinic may, at its discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
